"…The collages and videos of Tanya Ury send off (more) aesthetic sparks. They are more explosive because this daughter of German-Jewish emigrants attacks a company that still exists and flourishes today. The fashion producer "Hugo Boss" first tailored SS, SA (Storm Troopers) and Hitler Youth uniforms delayed its compensation for former Forced Labourers. The artist suggests their fate in a video performance, in which she sews the "Boss" letters into the palm of her hand. It gets quite literally under your skin."
